✅ 32 years Canadian public school teaching. ✅ Supporting youth (kindergarten to grade 12)in a variety of specialized areas: ★English Language Learning (ELL) ★In class and pullout Learner Support across all subject areas (kindergarten to grade 12) ★High School English and Social Studies ★Two summers adjunct professor teaching EDPS (Global education) with the Faculty of Education at University of British Columbia (UBC) ✅ Education Background: University of British Columbia (UBC) ★B.A in English ★B.Ed Secondary English ★M.A. English Education ★Masters research focused on ELL reading, writing, and content area instruction. ✅ I am passionate about community service, outdoor education, empowering youth,Indigenous education and working to ensure the goals of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission are enacted. ★When learning is fun, creative, and multimodal.
