Service summary
This service provides platform services and is established to provide users with remote teaching courses and online learning services. This service is a third-party network platform service and only provides a communication platform for content creators and users. Content creators can use this service to set up a teaching webpage, provide online learning services and publish creative content (depending on the content of the course/published product purchased by the member). Users of this service, after registering as a member of this service, can publish creative content and purchase courses or publications on this platform.
I. Member Account, Login, Password And Personal information
1. Regardless of whether the user is a visitor or a member, they can browse the content on HOW OH, but only users who register as a member can purchase online courses/ publications and enjoy the benefit of viewing the complete version of the content and use of this service. Visitors only need to enter their email addresses to create an account on HOW OH and register as a member.
2. If a user fails to provide complete and true information in accordance with the requirements of this service when sign up as a member, it will be deemed a violation of the terms of use, and HOW OH will have the right to stop the service or cancel the service contract immediately when false login information is found. The members involved in this incident shall be solely responsible for the related consequences and losses caused by the HOW OH or any third party for the problems arising from the incomplete and untrue registered content. HOW OH does not bear any legal or civil responsibility.
3. The user is obliged to safe guard the account, password and other relevant identity verification information. All behaviors performed by using the service with the same member account and password will be considered the behavior of the member and the password holder. The user will be responsible for all activities and behaviors, including but not limited to related expenses.
4. The user is prohibited from transferring or lending his account and password to others. If you find that your account has been illegally used by others, you should immediately notify HOW OH to change your password. However, the above notice shall not be interpreted as the responsibility or obligation of any form of compensation or compensations on this service to members. HOW OH will not bear any responsibility for all losses caused by illegal use of accounts and passwords by others due to hacking, negligence of member’s custody or failure to notify immediately.
5. Collection, processing and use of personal data:
(1) User/Member: In order to identify users, provide related platform services, and collect user experience, this service will collect users’ or members’ email addresses and registered accounts. In the future, this service will also send out e-newsletters and course, publications, and content update to the email address provided at registration.
(2) Content creators: In order to verify the true identity of content creators and receive the income distribution payment, this service will collect the creator’s legal name, ID number (passport number), contact information (including address and phone number), and financial institution accounts or other information that can verify the identity of the content creators. If the creator is a legal company or corporation, HOW OH will collect verifiable registration information, contact information (including address and phone number), financial institution accounts and other public information.
(3) Consumers: In order to assist content creators in accepting consumer purchases of publications and receiving follow-up feedback, HOW OH will collect consumers’ purchase amount, purchase contents of courses/ publications and consumer contact information (including name, address, phone number, E-mail, etc.). If the courses/publications are failed or cancelled, and there is a need for a refund, consumers are asked to provide their bank accounts information at financial institution that can accept funding.
The above information is confidential and will not be disclosed, except for the information voluntarily disclosed by the information provider, publicly known, or necessary for administrative, judicial or other legal procedures. The collection, processing and use of personal data of members by this service will abide by the terms in the Privacy Policy of this service.

II. Regulations And Rules
1. The user promises not to use this service for any illegal purpose or in any illegal way, and promises to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China and all international practices and laws for using the Internet. Since the above transmission is done by the content provider and has nothing to do with this service, this service does not provide any guarantee for the authenticity, accuracy, completeness and quality of the content. If there is any false information provided, the risk arising therefrom is also to be borne by the content provider.
(2) This service has the right to stop the transmission of its content in accordance with the law, and take corresponding actions and processing, including but not limited to suspending the user to make it impossible to continue to use part or all of the service, and to save all related electronic records, personal data files, and take corresponding legal actions when necessary.
(3) You agree and guarantee that you will not use this service in any way, including but not limited to:
(a) Upload, post, publish or transmit any untrue, false, intimidating, slanderous, insulting, threatening, offensive, infringing on the privacy of others, indecent, obscene, violation of public order and good customs, or misleading info on any third parties, pictures or files in any form on this service.
(b) Upload, post, transmit or distribute any computer virus, worm, Trojan horse or other malicious software, or invade, interfere with or interrupt the service or server or the network connected to the service, or increase the burden of network capacity, or any data that interrupts, destroys, restricts functions, and other programs that may endanger the security of the platform’s system.
(c) In any way, modify, reproduce, copy, rent, lend, sell, resell, publicly transmit, publicly broadcast, share, use or obtain any part of this service, and download or use this service for any other commercial purposes. Users who violate the foregoing regulations will bear all legal liabilities arising from the infringement.

2. Liability for violation:
If you or any third person uses this service to engage in other illegal activities or violate any of the above regulations, this service has the right to request corrections within a period of time, or directly take all necessary actions, including but not limited to modifying or directly deleting online user postings and the content, termination of your right to use this services, etc., to reduce the distress and adverse effects of other users caused by improper behavior. The user must not refuse. You shall bear all legal responsibilities for the behavior and process of using this service. If any loss or damage to any third party or this service is caused as a result, you shall bear all the liability and compensation. You authorize and permit the global, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and free authorization of HOW OH to reproduce, use, publish, translate, publicly transmit, publicly disseminate, adapt or otherwise use all or part of the content, and use the content produce derivative works to all current or future media platforms. You agree that the copyright of derivative works belongs to our company, and the aforementioned use will not be required to pay any fees.
