Tzu-Hsin (Cindy) Yang, is from Taichung Taiwan.
She graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts Animation & Department and Character Animation Program at California Institute of the Arts. Her famous films include 《Noon》、《AND THEN 》、 《Popsicle》、《When the Raven comes》、《Do-ji-le》, all selected by Taipei Film Festival and several other international festivals.
Cindy’s commissioned work for Information Bureau, Taichung City Government, 《Spining》 2020 Taichung Animation, won the first prize of Taiwan animation at the Taichung International Animation Film Festival and Hiroshima Animation in Japan The film festival しりあがり寿獎, and received its popularity by the audience.
